Building Your Website
Step-by-Step
Depending on the size of your site, and which package you choose, your site can take 4-6 weeks from our initial consultation to launch. Learn a bit more about the process below:
1) Consultation:
During this phase we collaborate to explore your vision for your site: the look and feel, the functionality, and the user experience. We focus on how your customers will navigate your site, from accessing information about your business and details on your products or services, to sales or signup, to completion.
2) Kickoff:
You provide us with all the assets that we need to build your site, including logos and branding, images, videos, copy, pricing details, and contact information.
3) Design:
The build begins! We select a suitable template, create all the pages you need, and implement the necessary functions such as chat support, contact forms, calendars and booking, and e-commerce capabilities.
4) Progress Check:
At this stage we invite you to review the progress of the build and provide feedback on look, feel, and functionality of the site. Any requested changes or updates are incorporated into the design.
5) Content Review:
We conduct a thorough review of all site elements to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, we’ll optimize your site for search engines to improve visibility and ensure smooth performance.
6) Launch:
Your site is officially launched! We conduct final checks and edits as needed before making it live. Now it’s time to share your new website with the world!

2 / Host & Platform
Your website is hosted on a server. The server is the place where your website and all your content will live in physical space. Your server stores your website and delivers it over the internet to users.
The platform is the system used to create your website, with all the tools, features, and functionality you need for your business.

We mostly use the Wix platform to build websites, where you can buy your domain, platform, and server space all in one place. The costs for a simple website are $15-150/month, but most of our clients choose a package that is $36/month which includes your domain name, web building platform, and hosting.
3 / Plugins, Apps, Add Ons
• Apps/plugins: there are a wide range of plugins to add to your website, including booking tools, e-commerce, chat, blog, events, and more. Many of these are free, but if you required paid plugins, they are often about $20/month.
• Custom email address: if you want a custom email address, for example info@yourbusiness.com rather than yourbusiness@gmail.com, the cost is usually $4-5 per month
