Virtual assisting is a fairly new service, and we understand that it can be a challenge to know how we can support your business. That's why we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help you navigate through some common questions. 01 What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy for coaching sessions?

Clients may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions at any time prior to 24 hours before the scheduled session without incurring any fees. However, sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are non-refundable. Sessions that are rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be billed at 50% of the session cost. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability while also respecting the time and commitment involved in the coaching process.
02 What systems do you work with?

I work across Microsoft, Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, Wix, Wordpress, Sensei LMS, Mailchimp, PayPal, Android, Zoom, and Teams.
I am less experienced with Mac, iPhone, and Squarespace, but can refer you to an assistant who can meet your needs.
03 How does virtual coaching differ from in-person coaching?

In virtual coaching sessions we get the same work done, but instead of being face-to-face, we can chat by phone, Zoom, or Teams. Sessions can be organized around your schedule, and we can chat when you are in the office, at home, or on the road. We can share screens so you can see how your branding or website build is coming along. We can share documents through Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.
04 How do you structure virtual coaching sessions?

After a quick consultation where I can gather information about your business, your needs, challenges, current operations, and goals, I will take some time to do some research and prepare for our virtual coaching session. Sessions can focus on questions you have about your business direction, solutions to current obstacles, and together we can discuss strategies to improve operations, marketing, client communications, and organization, and innovations. Sessions are client-oriented, so I am happy to be guided by your needs, communication style, and goals.
05 What types of businesses do you typically work with?

I am just getting started with more in-depth virtual assisting and web development, but at the moment I am working with micro and small businesses which are owner operated, or small teams. As a coach, I am most familiar with teachers, workshop facilitators, and wellness service providers. As a virtual assistant I am most familiar with the service industry, including teachers and workshop facilitators, service providers, and trades, but I am eager to learn more about other businesses!

06 Can you accommodate flexible scheduling for international clients or different time zones?
​
Yes, I can! At the moment I work with clients in Canada, the US, and Australia. I’m happy to accommodate your schedule, time zone, and communication platform.
07 What is your approach to confidentiality?
​
We take your confidentiality seriously! Be assured all business and client information and communications are kept in confidence. Your business details, strategies, plans, documents, financial and client information will never be shared with third parties.
08 How do you handle communication and support between coaching sessions, virtual assisting, or web development projects?
​
I am always available by email, text, or phone for quick questions between coaching sessions, or for quick help with your website, data, or communications. For more in-depth questions or assistance, we can book another session together.
